JONATHAN HUFFER
Timberline Media began in 2019 when a friend asked Jonathan Huffer to photograph a property listing.
What started as a single shoot quickly grew into a thriving real estate media business as more agents began reaching out for photography, video, and drone services.
In 2020, Jonathan relocated to Southern California to help launch and grow a new market for one of the country’s leading real estate media companies. As Project Manager, he oversaw a team of more than 25 photographers while helping establish operations throughout San Diego and Los Angeles. During this time, he worked with luxury properties, high-profile listings, and one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country.
After returning to the East Coast, Jonathan built LV8 Media into a trusted partner for real estate professionals and short-term rental owners throughout Virginia. The company expanded beyond traditional real estate photography into destination-focused content creation for luxury mountain cabins, vacation rentals, and hospitality brands.
Today, Timberline Media is based in East Tennessee and serves clients throughout Appalachia. The company specializes in photography, video production, drone services, and project documentation for builders, short-term rental owners, contractors, and businesses that take pride in what they create.
When he’s not behind the camera, Jonathan can usually be found hiking, backpacking, kayaking, mountain biking, or exploring the mountains that inspire the Timberline name.
